Mandatory: COBOl, JCL, DB2, VSAM
Good to have – IMS and CICS
Tools – CA-7 or similar, File-manager or Similar, Endevor or Similar

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primarily, they will be responsible for the Batch monitoring.
In case of any abends, etc, they will do a preliminary investigation, and if it's a very basic fix, they will do it on their own with Approval or L2 / Dev team.
If the abend is beyond their remit, they will notify the L2 / Dev teams for further investigation and fixes.
Monitor and respond to incoming emails related to system file issues
