Position Overview :IT Shaala is a premier training institute committed to empowering individuals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s tech-driven world. We specialize in delivering hands-on, industry-relevant training in IT and emerging technologies.We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst/Data Science Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs that equip learners with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in data analysis. The trainer will be responsible for teaching concepts, tools, and techniques related to data analytics/Data Science while mentoring learners to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.RequirementsRequired Skills :

Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person) in Data Analytics and Data Science.

Design and develop curriculum, training material, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

Mentor students through practical assignments, capstone projects, and career guidance.

Provide constructive feedback.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve the curriculum continuously.

Support marketing efforts through demo sessions, webinars, and technical Q&As when required.

Strong proficiency in the following:

SQL for querying databases.

Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).

Python/R for data analysis, visualization, and basic machine learning.

Tableau/Power BI for building dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts.

Experience in training/teaching/facilitation is preferred (but not always mandatory).

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven industry experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.

Minimum 3+ years of industry or academic experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.

Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.

Proficient in tools like Python, Pandas, NumPy,SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.

Python for Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Wrangling, Visualization (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn), SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and possibly Deep Learning.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring.
