Job Description:The Accounting Assistant at will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in the Financial System, including sales, purchases, and journal entries. They will ensure accurate posting of entries in SAP/ERP for tasks assigned by the Account Manager, prepare payment vouchers for timely payments, reconcile payments, and reconcile vendor and customer accounts/balances with company records where necessary. Additionally, the Accounting Assistant will generate MIS reports and statements as required by the Account Manager on a regular basis and undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager.Responsibilities:Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
Monthly GST Working.
Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
Handling petty Cash Records.
Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly.
Banking works like Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.
Handling Day-to-Day Accounting.
Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Trails Balance.Qualifications:UG: B.Com in Commerce
PG: M.Com in CommerceSkills:Good communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purpose
Maintain accuracy with numbers
Strong problem-solving skills to address accounting issues effectively
Proactive attitude and good team-player
Good knowledge of act in GST and TDSE
