This role is a mix of market intelligence, strategic client acquisition, delivery enablement, and talent ecosystem development in cities like Nagpur, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Guwahati, Mysore, Indore, Bhopal, Vizag, and Mangalore.Key Responsibilities:· Market Intelligence & StrategyConduct in-depth skill frequency analytics and local demand-supply mapping across identified Tier-2 cities.Create city-specific GTM playbooks and execution roadmaps focusing on target industries: IT Services, GCCs, Product Firms, SaaS, Fintech, Edtech.Identify local hotspots for AI/ML, Cloud & DevOps, and Cybersecurity talent pools through colleges, tech hubs, and local job boards.· Client Acquisition & Partnerships:Drive strategic B2B partnerships with regional IT/ITES firms, GCCs, and startup accelerators.Create customized hiring models (BOT, Dedicated Pods, TaaS) tailored to city-specific talent strengthsLead CXO-level conversations and pitch tailored manpower/staffing solutions for emerging skill needs.Talent Supply Chain DevelopmentCollaborate with recruitment, sourcing, and delivery teams to enable rapid ramp-up of niche digital skills.Partner with colleges and training providers to build College2Cloud™ and Data2Deployment™ talent pipelines.Launch localized job marketing, referral, and community engagement programs.· Project & Team LeadershipEstablish cross-functional project squads aligned with each Tier-2 city strategy.Define KPIs and performance scorecards – e.g., fill ratios, turnaround time, offer-to-join rates, client retention.Manage city-level budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and reporting dashboards.RequirementsFunctional Experience:Min 5 years in recruitment, talent solutions, staffing delivery, or GTM strategy roles.Strong exposure to digital hiring mandates: Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering/Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Full-Stack.· Analytical & Strategic Ability:Experience with talent intelligence, skill heatmaps, and hiring trends across non-metro locations.Proven ability to convert data insights into GTM action plans.· Client & Partner Engagement:Strong exposure to client engagement, RPO solutions, and consultative selling to HR/TA heads.· Tier 2 Market Understanding:Exposure to Tier-2 city dynamics and challenges in hiring, talent mobility, and compensation.· Job Location:Nagpur, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Guwahati, Mysore, Indore, Bhopal, Vizag, and Mangalore
