Ability to lead the team and guide the team members in technical deliverables. Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities : Ability to work with various non-technical / technical teams to understand and document Integration specific requirements. Ability to present designs in technical meetings. Create high level/ detailed design documents specific to webMethods portion of work. Experience working within agile scrum software development lifecycle methodology.
