This person is responsible for developing new Post Processors and custom plugins, Editing old Post or plugins on AE’s request. Must have good communication skills to interact with global teams. Will be responsible to maintain post and plugin records, might need to travel onsite on request.Job Title: Post Process Engineer (SigmaNEST)Based at: Pune - Maharashtra – IndiaWork from officeAreas of responsibility:

Responsible for Post-development (Scripting of Post Processors) for all the machines posts for SigmaTEK India
Responsible for Developing Plugins or Modifying developed plugins as per the requirement given by the customer
Responsible for developing custom reports form software (Scripting part)
Responsible for the delivering Posts/Plugins to the customer within the time frame allotted by the manager
Might need to travel onsite if required but mostly shall be stationed at the office
Develop new post processors to support CNC machines within our proprietary CAD/CAM software
Build test cases, NC programs, and runoff parts for the post certification process for CNC machines
Provide technical consultation to the software development, sales, and applications support departments regarding the capabilities, variations, and output requirements for the variety of supported CNC machines
Modify and maintain existing customers post processors on an on-going basis
Create accompanying post user documentation

Main Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering, or related field
3 or more years of experience in Experience with programming in Delphi, C++, and C#
Strong object-oriented programming skills is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills
English Communication
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently.
Strong math skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
