- Experience: 3-5 yrs
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create multimedia content.
- Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Create high-quality visual assets including leadership decks, flyers, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure quality through rigorous testing and QA processes.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Provide regular updates and gather feedback from workstream leads.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, MS Office 365, and multimedia tools for video/audio editing and recording.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
