#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFutureAbout this RoleWe are seeking a Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile teams by embedding Agile values, promoting collaborative delivery practices, and cultivating an environment rooted in trust, transparency, and continuous improvement. The individual will guide multiple teams within the DAIS (AI & Data Service Tower) to strengthen Agile maturity, enhance predictable delivery, and support Product Owners through effective prioritisation and backlog readiness.What you will do
- Coach and guide two or more Agile teams on Scrum principles, behaviours, and ways of working.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring they remain purposeful, inclusive, and value-focused.
- Remove impediments by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and improving workflow efficiency.
- Foster a psychologically safe environment that supports open dialogue, constructive challenge, and shared problem-solving.
- Promote strong self-organisation, peer accountability, and sustainable delivery habits.
- Improve visibility of work through metrics, communication channels, and information radiators.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance backlog health, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams by assessing Agile maturity and supporting growth areas.
- Serve as a role model for Agile behaviours across programmes and initiatives.
- Skilled in Agile and Scrum with hands-on experience working across multiple teams.
- Opportunities to influence Agile delivery standards within the AI & Data Service Tower.
- Exposure to multiple teams and large-scale Agile environments, enabling professional growth.
