JD Sr. Manager Production SIPCOT PERUNDURAI UNIT Job Description & Skill Set: Will be the in charge of SIPCOT UNIT PERUNDUARI Must be cable of handling more than 1000+ manpower including workers, staff, manager level etc., Achieve high efficiency with high profit for the factory Optimally utilize resources manpower/materials/machinery/space, etc Ensure process oriented with best systems in place Supervision of Fabric Cutting, Compacting, Quality, Knitting functions P&L Responsibility for all units of SIPCOT PERUNDURAI Need to look after Admin activities Hostel, Staff Welfare, Security, Maintenance etc., Need to look after warehouse activities of Fabric Strong Leadership skills as Managers, Supervisors will be reporting to this position Excellent knowledge of IE based garment manufacturing process Excellent knowledge of various tools of Lean management. Good knowledge on various aspects of garmenting from fabric to finishing Good knowledge on various styles of garments Excellent knowledge on quality aspects and achieving high quality Education & Work Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with More than 17 years in relevant field. Must be current working as Manager & Above level. Specialization: Handling Admin, Production, Knitting, Fabric, Processing experience (Fabric/ Garment Industry) Computer Proficiency is a must (SAP knowledge will be added advantage) Behavioral Competencies: Manage/lead a large team of people with positive approach and discipline Coordination skills with various internal departments Honesty/Integrity Problem solving, decision making Must have excellent verbal communication Must demonstrate trust and integrity with ease. Responsible, punctual & ability to work under pressure. Must be able to juggle between priorities without supervision Must be multi-lingual ability to speak and read in Tamil, English, Hindi, etc KPI: Achieve Profitability in all units at Perundurai Unit Quality to be maintained between A to A+ rating CTC & Other requirements CTC Salary 85 K 1 lac per month Industry norms with incentives upon achievement of KPI. Currently situated at Perundurai (Erode), subject to change as per situation.
