The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns, cold outreach via Linkedin and email utilizing tools and driving meaningful engagement with our target audience. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly within the LinkedIn platform, to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads. Responsibilities: LinkedIn Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective LinkedIn campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content and visuals tailored for LinkedIn to resonate with the target audience. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Engagement Enhancement: Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, maintaining a positive and professional online presence. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation on LinkedIn. Book Meetings/Webinars/Seminarson daily basis. Implement techniques to identify and connect with potential prospects and decision-makers. Work towards achieving measurable goals for lead conversion and customer acquisition. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of LinkedIn campaigns. Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance future digital marketing strategies. Minimum 2 Years Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Outreach. 2 Years experience in Sales Navigator. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn features, algorithms, and best practices. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
