In this role, you’re expected to:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.

Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

2-4 years’ experience of implementing DevOps solutions using agile methodologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, VPC, IAM, Aurora (Postgress), S3, lambda and cloud watch.
Experience working with AWS Glue, Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow.
Strong knowledge on Ansible and Terraform
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience on version control systems like Github and bitbucket.
Strong understanding of OpenShift.
Good Knowledge of telemetry tools like Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana/ELK stack.
Experience setting up monitoring for microservices, serverless and containerized applications (ECS, EKS, Lambda)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar)
