The position of Senior Geotechnical /Foundation Engineer is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

Conduct geotechnical surveys and evaluate soil and rock properties to determine foundation design parameters.
Develop safe and economical designs for deep/shallow foundations, piles, and substructure elements based on site conditions
Propose techniques like grouting, soil replacement, or reinforcement to enhance bearing capacity and mitigate settlement.
Monitor execution of piling, excavation, and ground treatment works to ensure compliance with specifications
Identify geohazards (e.g., liquefaction, slope instability) and provide strategies to reduce construction risks.

Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical engineering, post- graduate degree preferred.
Min. 18 years of professional experience in related field.
Min.12 years of design experience as Geotechnical/ foundation engineer in highways and bridge projects.
