- Handle all inbound & outbound follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition clearly
- Work closely with prospects to understand their requirements
- Maintain pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with internal teams (support/tech/product) if needed
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and follow disciplined sales processes
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to ensure conversions
- Prepare daily/weekly updates for the management team
- Minimum 0-1 year proven experience in SaaS / software sales
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations
- Experience in doing product demos
- Comfortable with CRM tools & sales tracking
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Experience in selling sales productivity or CRM products
- Knowledge of the Indian SME market
- Ability to manage accounts post-sale (basic customer success)
