To ensure the day-to-day stability and functionality of the company’s IT systems, including network, hardware, software, and user support, while overseeing the smooth migration from a FoxPro-based environment to an SQL-based ERP. The role will focus on practical execution—handling routine IT issues, coordinating with vendors, supporting end-users, and maintaining basic infrastructure like servers, backups, and video conferencing systems.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the transition from FoxPro-based systems to an SQL-based ERP.
Liaise with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance.
Maintain and upgrade IT network, servers, and infrastructure.
Supervise IT support, ensuring quick resolution of day-to-day issues.
Train employees in basic IT and ERP usage.
Implement backup and security protocols.
Maintain video conferencing and communication tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or a related field.
10–15 years of IT experience in mid-sized companies.
Experience migrating legacy systems to SQL-based platforms.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and infrastructure.
Hands-on approach with practical problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
