- Responsible for delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions, including the design, configuration, and integration of these technologies into the firm.
- Keeping up with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and translating them into support strategies.
- M365 Foundation service and configuration, including licensing, Integrating functionalities of M365 Copilot with other M365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams.

- At least 6+ years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus.
- Gen AI Fundamentals and Copilot Integration: Foundational knowledge in Gen AI and experience in configuring and supporting Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting, licensing, deployment, and user enablement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), including sensitivity labels, encryption, and data classification.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and diagnostics within the M365 environment.
- Track record of design and delivering a Office365 & Copilot project
- Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred
- Experience in M365 and Copilot deployments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills Gen AI and M365 Copilot integration.
- Office365 experience - O365 Foundation, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Security tool Purview DLP and Information Protection
- High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across M365 workloads and Copilot features
- Skilled in identifying underlying issues and implementing long-term fixes, working with Vendor support team.
- Understanding of enterprise data governance and privacy implications when using AI tools
- Business Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to guide users through Copilot features and gather feedback
- Experience working in globally distributed teams and liaising with engineering and vendor support team.
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment.
