- Prepared to meet sales targets assigned for the region.
- Essential knowledge of P&ID, 3D Piping, and the Process Industry.
- Nurture prospects until they mature into qualified leads and accounts.
- Candidate may be accountable for multiple territories, devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve personal business/order targets.
- Identify potential CADISON customers within the target region, including global areas, through methods such as cold calling, arranging online demo meetings, generating leads, and finalizing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team on technical tasks to effectively present and demonstrate the software solution.
- Willingness to acquire technical insights into CADISON Software.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility with office hours as per regional requirements.
- Possesses strong presentation, management, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Process Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and ready to handle sales targets.
- Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Piping Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail.
- Ability to execute email campaigns
- Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point
