Lead Assistant Manager

• Review of Cash Reconciliations
• Cash, Investment account and GL Reconciliations
• Provide multi-currency payments processing support to the client
• Wire Funding, EFT processing and confirmation
• Handle daily claim payments, bank account transfer, Intercompany settlement etc. all type of payments
• Issuing LOC
• Weekly Payroll transfer, miscellaneous payments and vendor payment runs
• Monthly central payment run for HO suppliers and Cash & VISA card allocations
• Ad-hoc payments related to taxes, MTS, etc
• Maintain cashbooks by capturing all bank transactions in a report.
• Perform bank account reconciliations.
• Create manual bank payments, including Claims payments, Bank Account Transfers, Intercompany Settlements, Loss Fund Top Ups, FX Transfers, Investment Transfers, HWIC, etc., into banking platforms for approval.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in bank transactions.
• Maintain records of all banking transactions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in ad hoc financial projects as needed.

• Graduate in Finance stream having 4+ year of experience working in Treasury team in a large set up,
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS-excel & MS PowerPoint
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to multi task and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the organization

• Advance skill in MS office , SUN GL
• Experience in transaction processing
• Good business writing skill
• Ability to understand and question established process guidelines to bring possible process improvement.
