This role focuses on vendor negotiation, inventory control, and coordination across departments while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesProcurementSource and procure raw materials as per production plans.Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.Ensure cost-effective purchases that meet quality standards.Logistics & Supply ChainPlan and manage inbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.Optimize transportation costs and monitor freight efficiency.Ensure documentation for dispatch and receipt of goods.Track logistics KPIs (cost, delivery timelines, and quality).Team & Process ManagementEnsure timely and accurate payment of expenses and statutory dues.Coordinate with production, finance, and quality teams.MIS & ReportingGenerate timely reports for management review.Monitor inventory, purchase trends, and vendor performance.🧠 Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of raw material sourcing in manufacturing.Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.Proficient in logistics operations and cost optimization.Good understanding of inventory management and compliance norms.Proficiency in Excel/MIS and ERP systems preferred.
