We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Concur Travel Module Consultant to lead implementations, optimizations, and integrations of SAP Concur's Travel & Expense solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable travel management systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and compliance with global policies. Ideal for experts in SAP ecosystems with a focus on cloud-based expense automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and deploy SAP Concur Travel module features, including trip approvals, booking integrations, and policy enforcement.
Lead end-to-end implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live, including custom workflows, reporting, and mobile app configurations.
Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SuccessFactors), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and third-party tools like Snowflake or Power BI for analytics.
Conduct workshops, provide training, and support users on travel policies, virtual cards, and AI-driven expense auditing.
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform system upgrades, and optimize performance using Python/SQL for custom scripting and data validation.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and regional regulations while driving process improvements for cost savings.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts.Required QualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
7+ years in SAP Concur implementations, with 4+ years focused on Travel module (booking, approvals, rail/air integrations).
Proven expertise in Concur configurations: Global Travel Request (GTR), TripIt integrations, policy engines, and Smart Spend Analyzer.
Concur certification is required.
Hands-on experience with integrations via OCI (Open Connectors), APIs, MuleSoft, or Azure Data Factory.
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and expense management best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, DAX for reporting; familiarity with Snowflake/Power BI a plus.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and global teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI/ML features in Concur for fraud detection or predictive analytics.Background in data engineering for travel data warehousing
