- Own and execute the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, across HR, Talent, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with CHROs, CXOs, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance
- Conduct solution presentations, platform demos, and value-based selling to enterprise clients
- Design and deliver high-quality proposals, commercial structures, and pricing models
- Gather deep customer and user insights and collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to influence roadmap and execution
- Drive annual revenue, unit, and gross-profit targets through structured sales planning and market analysis
- Oversee contracting, invoicing, and payment collections
- Play a key role in building and scaling a high-performance sales team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- 5–8 years of experience in HRTech / BGV / Staffing / Recruitment / SaaS platform sales
- Proven success in enterprise and mid-market B2B sales, preferably selling to HR leadership and CXO stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HR ecosystems, onboarding, compliance, verification, and workforce lifecycle
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly structured, data-driven, and disciplined approach to sales and pipeline management
- Experience with strategic account management and long-term customer partnerships
