- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP system solutions.
- Configure SAP enterprise structures including Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, Divisions, Sales Offices, and their assignments.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
- Lead unit, integration, and regression testing for new developments to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Coordinate with business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage transport requests to the production environment.
- Configure core SD documents: Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Billing documents.
- Define and manage Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, and their determination procedures.
- Set up and maintain Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Condition Tables, and Condition Records.
- Manage end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q&OTC) processes, including Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, and Special Business Transactions (e.g., Consignment, Third-Party Sales, Rush Orders, Cash Sales).
- Implement advanced SD features such as Batch Determination, Packing, Serialization, Material Determination, Material Listing/Exclusion, and Free Goods.
- Configure Availability Check using ATP logic and Variant Configuration (VC).
- Support EDI integrations via IDocs and ALE, and ensure smooth intercompany billing processes.
- Utilize BAPIs, BADI, and USER EXITS to extend functionality within SD and MM modules.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules, including MM, FI/CO, FSCM, PP, PM, and external systems.
- Collaborate on integrations with SAP APO, IBP, GTS, Ariba, and third-party systems such as Warehouse Management, Salesforce CRM, and legacy platforms.
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, test, pilot, and roll out solutions on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and risks to ensure adherence to quality, timeline, and budget targets.
- Champion compliance with organizational standards, processes, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, assessments, and strategic planning for SAP initiatives.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and configuring SAP SD modules.
- Proven track record in managing complex SD implementations across large-scale enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, including Pricing, OTC, Master Data, Enterprise Structure, and integration with MM and Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of integration points with SAP FICO, MM, PP, PM, APO, IBP, GTS, Ariba, and external systems (e.g., CRM, WMS).
- Experience with EDI (IDocs, ALE), BAPIs, BADI, and USER EXITS in SD and MM.
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing activities, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
- Experience working in professional services, distribution, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- SAP SD certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to understand business processes from a customer-centric perspective.
- Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or transition projects is a plus.
