- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform the product roadmap;
- Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, understand use cases, and validate product concepts;
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development;
- Communicate with and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Collaborate with peers to establish quarterly and annual plans for your respective teams;
- Define how features will work through close collaboration with engineers in design sessions, mockups, UX review, and usability testing;
- Manage your team's backlog through planning, backlog grooming, working with developers and fellow product managers;
- Write feature specifications for peers and stakeholders to review;
- Ensure successful feature adoption by writing and reviewing documentation, tracking usage, and prioritizing enhancements after release.
- 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager with a track record of successfully managing products that involve streaming data, asynchronous messaging, or similar event-based technologies.
- Previous experience with event-driven architectures, streaming data technologies, asynchronous messaging, or related areas is highly desirable.
- Imaginative, collaborative, and passionate about building great product features and experiences!
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related Engineering field
