Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.).- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad assets.- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure alignment with growth KPIs.- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.- Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch/Mixpanel to track and attribute performance.- Work closely with product and CRM teams to align acquisition and retention strategies.- Identify new channels or opportunities for scalable user acquisition.Key Skills and Experience Required:- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.- Proficiency with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,programmatic networks, publishers- Strong analytical skills; experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.- Experience with mobile user acquisition and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).- Knowledge of funnel optimization and remarketing strategies.- Excellent communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with campaigns in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce domains.- Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, and organic growth strategies.- Basic understanding of HTML, tracking pixels, or tag managers.- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot (optional but a plus).
