This role will be part of the Search team and work with business stakeholders and Product Managers in evaluating new changes and impact of those implementations on the buyer performance. Engage with Product managers to identify key business problems, such as Quantifying impact of product initiative and calculating KPIs relating to eBay platforms Strong Ability to understand problem at hand and develop hypothesis, perform heuristic analysis by extracting necessary data across different sources and tables Build dashboards and reports using BI tools and Excel per client requirement to track, measure and report performance Extract and analyze data, synthesize information, and present key findings in a succinct manner Collaborate cross-functionally to solve the problems in a holistic manner This Role Requires: Qualifications - Good problem-solving skills (Aptitude and Approach) Strong SQL and Tableau experience with knowledge of one programming environment Excellent analytical thought process - ability to understand the question and devise an analytical approach to reach actionable answers and demonstrated experience in this regard. Should have previously worked on roles that requires quick turnaround ad hoc analysis by leveraging data from multiple sources and address product questions from stakeholders across company Experience of analyzing A/B test is preferred Hands on skills to retrieve and analyze data - to execute data driven analysis to provide answers to ad hoc business questions Excellent communication and soft skills - must have above par communication and presentation skills and be able to write insights from analysis findings which in turn can be effectively communicated to the customer Exposure to tools like R, Python or SAS will be preferred but not mandatory.
