Start here.The Digitization and Workflow Engineering team builds and supports in-house built and vendor platforms that are used by engineers and non-engineers to digitize and build workflow based applications in a low-code, secure and controlled manner.Analyst or associate level full stack or back-end software engineer with 1 to 4 years' experience committed to developing deep subject matter expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Cloud, MS365, and MS Power Platform).Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tools for managing Microsoft Power Platform environments and solutions.
Hands-on design and development of software and infrastructure to integrate Power Platform with external systems.
Drive Technology Risk reviews and implement security policies and solutions for preventive and detective controls.
Establish best practices and provide guidance for pro-developers and low-code teams in Power Platform.
Support users in resolving issues by troubleshooting, providing workarounds, or escalating to technology management.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience implementing software using C#/.NET or Java is required
Experience with distributed computing and RESTful web services
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and non-relational databases
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience with building solutions in Power Platform and services in Azure
Experience working in the financial industry
