CALL FOR FELLOWSHIP SFLC.in's Fellowship program aims to provide a platform for India's top technology and policy thinkers, to bridge the knowledge gap amongst different stakeholders in the tech-policy ecosystem, particularly at this juncture, when technology is causing significant changes to our lives. We are looking for technology-savvy individuals who are keen to produce high-quality legal/ policy research and recommendations regarding the latest issues within the technology ecosystem. Our fellows should have a deep commitment to solving several public policy challenges at the forefront of national and global conversations As a Fellow, you will: Contribute to the monthly publications on the SFLC.in's website; Draft court submissions and petitions, replies applications and legal notices and other miscellaneous document; Conduct case studies on laws pertaining to Information Technology, Data Privacy, Data Protection and Intellectual Property Rights. Research and contribute to research papers, articles, opinion pieces, and other miscellaneous literature on issues such as privacy, data protection, free speech and net neutrality and others; Analyse laws and policies in the areas of technology law, human rights law, and Intellectual Property Rights to develop well informed organizational view points; Who should apply: We welcome applications from a law /policy graduate with atleast a year experience at our office in New Delhi. We seek candidates with excellent academic credentials, research skills, openness to new ideas, and a commitment to contribute to organizational mission. Candidates fluent in both English and Hindi would be preferred.
