Establish a daily operational rhythm and enhance efficiency through optimization. Strategically plan and curate a schedule of unique meetings for the entire year. Coordinate with the team and external vendors to execute meetings seamlessly. Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to refine the company's operational roadmap and long-term strategies. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and performance metrics. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork organization-wide. Establish and nurture robust external partnerships to drive company growth and mutual success. Monitor and review operational efficiency against budgetary targets. Focus on member experience, gather timely feedback, and implement corrective actions. Encourage employee commitment to excellent service, modeling desired behaviors in interactions with members. Set clear goals and expectations for direct reports, holding them accountable for successful performance through performance reviews. Ensure exceptional member and prospect experiences during meetings, social events, cross-chapter interactions, and summits. Partnerships : Manage and negotiate hotel deals to secure favorable rates and accommodations. Identify and work on opportunities for value addition to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to provide members with access to exclusive events and experiences Develop and maintain sponsorships and partnerships with relevant organizations to enhance service offerings. Oversee travel desk operations, ensuring efficient coordination of travel arrangements. Requirements: Demonstrated success in operations positions, ideally within a premium or exclusive community setting, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. Strong understanding of operational principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective operational plans. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at hustling with a dynamic approach, and proficient in establishing rapport and trust with high-value clients. Demonstrated leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Prior experience in the event management, hospitality, or luxury goods industries is a plus.
