- Knowledge of Quality & Food safety management systems.
- Experienced in working across functions with various stakeholders
- • Execute quality improvement projects
- Ensure compliance of quality assurance procedures and standards
- Conduct regular analysis of Quality rejections, work out CAPA
- Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis for major defects and other quality issues
- Conduct periodic trainings at Unit sites
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure liquid quality and compliance to other quality standards in units
- Drive QMS and FSMS certifications
- Facilitate and ensure closure of customer complaints with CAPA along with the manufacturing team
- Share the Units performance with Cluster Quality Lead and seek support
- TMU: Fortnightly visit to each TMU units by Cluster Quality team to verify available control samples of ENA/HBS/Blends & QC critical instruments.
- TMU: Market samples of Prs+ products (One sample/brand/unit) shall be verified at respective Mfg. units during quarterly unit audits – Cluster team.
- Region HBS process sites periodic audits and drive improvements in co-ordinations with Cluster Quality Lead
- All ENA sources shall be audited once a year by respective cluster Quality team.
- Innovation & Renovation start up activities and validation at units
- Quarterly audit of units for GRMS/SQIP/GMP/GFPS by Cluster Quality team.
- Quarterly once warehouse audits & product testing as per GFPS by cluster team of all own & private depots.
