- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Leverage forwarding and market knowledge to provide frontline support and advisory services on products, services, and logistics solutions.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation in close collaboration with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
- Qualify customer inquiries, prepare quotations within pricing guidelines, and proactively follow up to secure business closure.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure accurate capture of customer requirements and order entry into operational systems.
- Monitor customer performance, manage complaints and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Finance) to meet financial targets and service excellence.
- 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in booking and operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, documentation, and operational processes.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order management.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance).
- Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
