Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
- Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Establish long-term relationships with high-value clients and manage key accounts effectively.
- Oversee and streamline the sales process in accordance of SOP’s to improve efficiency and ensure timely completion of deals.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that sales materials, promotions, and campaigns are aligned with the market demand.
- Track and report on sales performance, including forecasting, pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings, market conditions, and trends to remain competitive in the real estate market.
- Suggest and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market research.
- Provide input on pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and new business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and reach.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and expos to enhance the company’s visibility and brand presence.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 10-15 years in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
- A strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required for business needs.
