Job descriptionJob Title: Staff NurseDepartment: NursingReports To: Nurse SupervisorLocation: GurgaonJob Summary:The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical standards and practices. The role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Assist in medical procedures and use of diagnostic equipment.Provide emotional support to patients and families.Participate in training, continuing education, and staff meetings.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent (as per country/state regulation).Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.GNM /ANM certification Required.Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
