Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the Hotels/Resorts industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Hotels/Resorts industry in Bangalore Market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Knowledge of the Hotels/Resorts industry and market trends Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as required Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Hotels/Resorts industry Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel/resort owners, managers, and decision-makers Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery Track and report on sales performance, including sales pipeline, revenue, and market share Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services
