Hospital Manager

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including patient flow, scheduling, staff management, and resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve the quality of patient care by implementing and monitoring healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by fostering a patient-centered environment, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the hospital staff, including dental professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff, to promote teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Education: A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A dental or medical background is a plus.
• Experience: 2 years experience in hospital administration or healthcare management, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to drive the hospital's growth and success.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, stakeholders, and the community.
