- Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by fostering a patient-centered environment, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the hospital staff, including dental professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff, to promote teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Budget Management: Manage financial resources, prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue generation to achieve financial sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of advancements in dental technology and ensure their effective integration into hospital operations and patient care.
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community, referring physicians, and external stakeholders to promote the hospital's services.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs for staff.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement protocols for handling emergencies and crisis situations within the hospital.
- Education: A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A dental or medical background is a plus.
- Experience: 2 years experience in hospital administration or healthcare management, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to drive the hospital's growth and success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, stakeholders, and the community.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant technologies.
