Responsibilities If our core values of Trusted, Responsible, Ambitious & Humble and Open & Inclusive resonate with you, Bureau Veritas is looking for a: Project Execution to meet project deliverables To execute and monitor the new / Renovation Project work & Laboratory set-up by understanding Business requirement and planning design with Lab manager / Operation In charge for new facility set up execution. Set -up Interior Fit-out and all Utility services Rate analysis of material Preparation of BOQ Interior Fit out MEP Plant setup project Design and coordination with Architect and Green consultant and forward the design to vendor for execution. Supervision of Project Work for timely completion and as per the technical specification & standard engineering practice. Conducting site meeting for progress and design review. Project status report to Project Manager. Checking of contractor measurement as per mode of measurement and standard engineering practice, certification & scrutiny of bill for payment. To check and ensure the quality of work as per technical specification Coordination to maintain the billing cycle as per cost plan / BOQ and verify the same. Co-ordination with Finance for complete vendor payment procedure for all services and agreement, Purchase order negotiation and monthly provision etc. Perform Schedule maintenance & Breakdown maintenance Preparing preventive maintenance yearly schedules and plans accordingly to carry out the Preparing various check list for entire equipments (Daily, Weekly, monthly, half yearly, yearly) and coordination with Electricians & other serviced provider vendor for breakdown and rectification. Update and review proper function of quality documents. Ensure Proper Operation and Effective maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, Dg set, , Electrical LT& HT panels and Switch gears , APFC panels and Air scrubber unit and other office equipment. Fault analysis & rectification by following-ups with concern vendors. To reduce the cost of maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment. Implement the maintenance analysis system such as MTTR,MTBF and machine Availability to help to maintain the TAT for testing. Implement the TPM and other maintenance tools for critical testing equipments Monitor the Energy conservation system and saving. HSE Follow and implement the HSE policies and procedures.
