Job descriptionRole Overview: The iSeries GRC Compliance Analyst supports governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities for the iSeries (IBM i) environment. The role focuses on executing defined compliance tasks, supporting audits, and helping ensure systems and processes align with regulatory and internal security requirements. The analyst works under established frameworks and collaborates with IT and compliance teams to maintain control effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:· Support day-to-day GRC operations for the iSeries (IBM i) platform· Perform routine compliance reviews, access checks, and control validations· Collect, organize, and maintain audit evidence for internal and external assessments· Assist with compliance activities related to HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS requirements· Track and report identified risks, exceptions, and remediation items· Help maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation· Coordinate with IT and security teams to address compliance findings· Monitor compliance controls and escalate issues as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:· 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, security, audit, or compliance· Basic working knowledge of the iSeries (IBM i) platform or related midrange systems· Understanding of foundational IT security concepts such as access control, logging, and change management· Exposure to regulatory or compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures· Good written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work effectively within a structured compliance environmentRange of Year Experience-Min Year1QualificationsBachelor's DegreeRange of Year Experience-Max Year3
