Salary Range: ₹8 – ₹11 LPAJob Overview:We are hiring a results-driven Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead continuous improvement, capacity planning, productivity enhancements, and lean initiatives in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in process engineering, time studies, plant layout, and project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering activities across the plant.Optimize manufacturing cycle times, resource planning, and process routings.Execute productivity improvement projects including time & method studies (MOST), lean projects, and low-cost automation.Drive kaizen, visual management, and waste elimination strategies.Plan and improve plant layout, capacity utilization, and flow of material.Monitor and report manufacturing KPIs and MIS on a regular basis.Work with cross-functional teams for implementation of jigs, fixtures, and conveyor systems.Required Skills & Attributes:Strong understanding of time & method study, productivity improvement, and costing.Expertise in lean tools, capacity planning, and process optimization.Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP / SAP B1.Hands-on experience in industrial/plant engineering within HVAC or similar industries.Effective communicator and a collaborative team player.
