- Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Training: Develop and implement training programs for new trainee candidates, ensuring they receive comprehensive and effective training to succeed in their roles. Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Counseling: Serve as a point of contact for new trainee candidates, offering guidance, support, and counseling as needed. Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the onboarding process, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members. Ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring and training practices are compliant. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hiring and training activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
