What You’ll Do:Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Are you passionate about innovative software solutions that empower businesses? If so, then this exciting opportunity at Quark could be perfect for you!We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Solution Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling our industry-leading design and content management solutions, QuarkXPress and Quark Docurated.You will be responsible for generating sales into a blend of existing and new accounts with a heavy focus on generating new business. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quotas for QuarkXPress and Quark Docurated
  • Prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, and tailor compelling solution presentations.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition and ROI for clients.
  • Overcome objections with strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships through ongoing communication and account management.
  • You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference able customers.
  • To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • You must have prior knowledge of working with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a competitive environment is a strong preference.
  • In-depth understanding of the design, publishing, and content management industries highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to confidently navigate the sales cycle.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a go-getter with a hunger to learn and excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with QuarkXPress or Quark Docurated
  • Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
