- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quotas for QuarkXPress and Quark Docurated
- Prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, and tailor compelling solution presentations.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition and ROI for clients.
- Overcome objections with strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships through ongoing communication and account management.
- You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference able customers.
- To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- You must have prior knowledge of working with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a competitive environment is a strong preference.
- In-depth understanding of the design, publishing, and content management industries highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to confidently navigate the sales cycle.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a go-getter with a hunger to learn and excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with QuarkXPress or Quark Docurated
- Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
