- Own the product end-to-end: Define, prioritise, and deliver high-impact features across infrastructure, SDKs, and integrations.
- Be equally comfortable with tech and business: Whether it’s debugging an SDK edge case, mapping infra requirements, or structuring business workflows — you dive in and solve.
- Translate business needs into actionable product specs that engineering and data science can execute with clarity and speed.
- Liaise across functions: Work with engineering, business, data science, partnerships, and implementation teams to unblock problems, align priorities, and ensure delivery.
- Be a needle mover: Focus on outcomes, not just outputs. If something’s stuck, you roll up your sleeves and get it moving.
- Run pilots and scale rollouts: Partner with clients and internal teams to validate features quickly, learn fast, and scale what works.
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to SDKs, developer platforms, APIs, or infra-heavy products (preferably in Lending)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate both technical and business challenges.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams — you’re comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and edge cases.
- Ability to context-switch between strategic planning and tactical firefighting.
- Excellent communication skills — you can simplify complex ideas for different stakeholders.
- A bias for action — you get things done, unblock teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
