Job Description :Job DescriptionTitle: Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: DehradunJob Type: Contract (For more than 1 year)Industry: Paint-ChemicalSummary:This field sales role is pivotal in driving business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive customer engagement, daily site visits, and active presence at assigned retail locations. By organizing regular shop meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the sales representative will play a critical role in expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility. The position requires a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Responsibilities:Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.Requirements:Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.Benefits:Net Take Home: 18K-22K (Negotiable)MWA 5000/-Lucrative Performance driven Incentives.Absorption after 1 year on performance basis.Travel allowance up to ₹2000-₹5000 per month based on profile.Other pointers regarding this job:Location: Dehradun (Work from Office only)Age Criteria: 18years old to 30years old are eligibleGender: Only Male can applyEligibility: Freshers and candidates with 1+ year experience in field sales, channel sales, banking, or insurance sales can apply.Location: Only candidates based in Dehradun are eligible.Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate (any year pass-out).Work Details: Day shift role with third-party payroll (2coms).Language Skills: Must know the local language of Dehradun.
