We're searching for a talented and experienced Mid Level Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. You'll play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions across various mediums, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic designer who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Pay Scale
Our budget for this senior role is Upto INR 50,000 per month (commensurate with performance).Location
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Churchgate, Mumbai office.Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print), social media graphics, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging
  • Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget
  • Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
  • Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques and software to enhance the team's skillset and deliver innovative design solutions
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable
  • Assist with design recruitment efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, branding, and design strategy
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
