- The individual is responsible for organizing, implementing, and overseeing the electrical
- contractor's scope of work on the construction site, ensuring the successful execution of their
- duties.
- This includes coordinating the electrical site team and managing all electrical activities
- related to the project.
- The role involves inspecting the construction site to monitor progress and ensure adherence to
- design specifications, contracts, schedules, and safety standards. Regular reporting is made to
- the General Site Manager and the Sub PM electrical Engineering.
- Tracking the project timeline and implementing corrective actions to address delays is also a key
- responsibility. Ensuring contractors meet the technical specifications, quality standards, time
- schedules, and HSE requirements is essential.
- Collaboration with the Engineering department (PM electrical Engineering) is required for
- technical information exchange. Regular communication with PM electrical Engineering is crucial,
- especially when resolving technical queries.
- Additionally, the individual will check and follow up
- on Field Quality Plans and establish and manage the RFI (Request for Information/Technical
- Queries) procedure on-site, working alongside the Project Manager electrical.
- The individual is tasked with assessing the constructability of electrical design documents,
- providing feedback to engineering teams, and monitoring and approving Non-Conformance
- Reports (NCRs) and as-built documentation submitted by contractors.
- On a regular basis, the individual will support and report to the General Site Manager and Sub PM
- electrical Engineering regarding HSE, quality, documentation, project schedule, progress, risks
- deliveries, and notable events.
- Ensuring HSE requirements are met in line with Company Policy, laws, and standards is a priority.
- The role also involves adhering to Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines and
- applying both national and international safety regulations
- B.E or Diploma in Electrical.
