Location: Bangalore, Pune, Trivandrum, Kochi, Hyderabad, NoidaResponsibilitiesAct as a technologist, translating business problems into technical solutions using automation platforms such as UiPath, Smartsheets, Airtable, and others.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to understand business processes and design RPA-based solutions.Gather and define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Create documentation including:Process Definition Documents (PDDs)As-is / To-be process flowsSystem integration diagramsPartner with RPA Solution Architects to design future-state process architecture using best practices and standards.Build and design automation solutions, including:Input/output criteriaLogic and error handlingBusiness scenariosConduct data analysis, system analysis meetings, and develop:System design documentsProject scope definitionsProject plansDevelop and execute test plans and cases:Unit testingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)Performance testingLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and present solution demos to business users.Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) post-deployment, including:Training materialsEnd-user training sessionsMonitor bots during Hypercare, coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.Adhere to change control processes and ensure business sign-offs for deployments.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RPA team:Incident managementCritical issue resolution in productionLead quarterly business process review meetings with SMEs.Track and report automation performance metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly.Review technical work delivered by vendors and provide feedback.Manage multiple tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery.Engage with stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations.QualificationEducation:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Business-related field.Experience:5+ years overall experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA projects.2+ years of project management experience.Technical Skills:Strong experience designing RPA solutions using UiPath.Experience with automation in Smartsheets, Airtable is a plus.Experience with APIs and automated testing tools is an advantage.Familiarity with business processes in SAP Finance, SCM, HR, etc.Exposure to enterprise tools like UltiPro, Coupa, Salesforce is a plus.Software development experience is recommended but not required.Certifications:Required:UiPath Automation Business Analyst AssociateUiPath Automation Business Analyst ProfessionalPreferred:UiPath Associate Automation DeveloperUiPath Automation Developer ProfessionalSkills:Rpa,Ui Path,RpasAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
