- Maintain automation queue based upon customer priorities.
- Maintains a rigorous testing cycle and static testing environment.
- Work hands-on with Proactive Engineers and Venders to debug deployed solutions issues including test and replication of the issues presented.
- Builds and maintains documentation of process, environments, and run books as they relate to XMO solutions development and lifecycle management activities.
- 5+ years of strong design, coding, testing and troubleshooting experience and performance issues with workplace specific systems (end-user devices);
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in documenting, designing, and re-designing processes in an enterprise IT support environment.
- 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator for workplace/end-user computing production environments built on Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM) and/or VMWare Workspace One
- 10+ years of experience with Windows based systems performance tuning and load testing methodologies.
- Previous working experience with Digital Experience Management platforms is a plus (1E, Nexthink, Aternity).
- ITIL Foundation Certified;
- Industry recognized technical certification(s) in one or more desktop support areas (e.g. Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365 Device Management, Administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Cloud Services Integration VMware Workspace One/VCP-DW etc.) is a plus.
- Certification with 1E Tachyon, Nexthink, or Aternity is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and a good understanding of business initiatives alignment with the candidate’s specific subject matter expertise area;
