As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide operational support through varied process activities to support business need and also research and obtain specific information/details requested by customer.You will:
- Establish working knowledge & application of specialized tool sets required for role
- Demonstrate internal operational knowledge of process workflow
- Apply specialized knowledge to daily work efforts
- Strong understanding of the work processes and procedures
- Understand Knowledge Management tools and technologies and can use them. Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment Broad knowledge of all related processes

- Proficient in EXCEL, preferable to have Advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
- CHAT (SFDC Lightning), Macro use and Other Dell internal tool.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams. Proficient in Chinese/Japanese/Korean and English (Written – Verbal).
- Ability to handle difficult customer engagements, De-escalation skills.
- Intermediate SQL, Knowledge of power BI & Tableau, Basic Project Management skills.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support roles
- Proficiency in Chinese/Japanese/Korean Language
