Job Responsibilities:1. Develop marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)2. Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation3. Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes.4. Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations - in-house as well as outsourced.5. Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies6. Manage the marketing department budget for the branch7. Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed8.
