- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
- Handle check-in procedures, issue boarding passes, and assist with seat assignments.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
- Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Communicate with flight crew and ground control to coordinate flight schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
