RM ChannelLocation: Delhi Division, Delhi, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Haryana. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth, you will be responsible for managing and growing our first wealth portfolio in the Haryana region.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential first wealth clients in Haryana- Understand clients' financial needs and provide them with suitable solutions and products offered by the bank- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling various banking products and services- Act as a single point of contact for all first wealth clients and provide them with excellent customer service- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery to clients- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilitiesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on wealth management- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong knowledge of financial products and services offered by the bank- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of local market and competition in Haryana is preferred- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or NISM will be an added advantageWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
