Position: Executive SecretaryLocation: ChennaiRoles & Responsibilities:Administrative Support: * Manage and organize calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assigned
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
  • Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management * Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of office.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management * Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Events Coordination * Coordinate for executing special projects and events, including meetings and conferences for Confidentiality and Compliance
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Educational QualificationBachelor s degree with 10+ years of experience - excellent communication and ability to work with CXO level stakeholders.
