4. Credit Management & Contingency Plans: Collections Management (% outstanding). Control of outstanding (Average age of outstanding per State). Handling R&R concerns for the dealer/distributor
5. Inventory Management: Number of delays/order cancellations due to stock scarcity
6. Sales Team Management: Sales Target Achievement (Gross Revenue & Gross Margin). Productivity Per BM/BDM/BDO/SO (Target Vs. Actual – Dealer targets). Effectiveness of Incentive/ commission plans (costs & productivity)
7. Market Intelligence: % increase in market share across States
8. Customer Relationship Management: Improved average purchase value. Number of repeat orders. Customer Churn Ratio (existing customers drop out/ total customers)Exposure in PMS, AOP, Work Stream plan and a successful track record in launching a new brand and establishing it in record time. He must have worked in South India and knows the market potential.
